GET FLOCKED is a mobile game developed and published by mdGames.

This Privacy Policy explains how GET FLOCKED handles information when you use
the game.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

GET FLOCKED does not require users to create a traditional account or provide
their real name, address, phone number, or other direct personal information.

The game may process or collect the following information:

Leaderboard Information
GET FLOCKED allows players to choose a display name and participate in global
leaderboards. The game may transmit and store:

- Player-selected display name
- Random or game-generated player identifier
- Game scores
- Score submission timestamps

This information is used to operate the Daily, Weekly, and All-Time
leaderboards.

Players should not use personally sensitive information as their leaderboard
display name.

Game Data
Certain game information may be stored locally on your device, including:

- High scores
- Lifetime gameplay progress
- Character unlock progress
- Game settings
- Advertising-removal status or related entitlement information

Some information may also be verified through online services when necessary
to provide game functionality.

2. ADVERTISING

GET FLOCKED uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google and its advertising services may automatically collect or process
information such as:

- Device or advertising identifiers
- IP address
- General device information
- App interactions related to advertising
- Advertising and diagnostic information

This information may be used for purposes such as delivering advertisements,
measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud and abuse, and providing
or improving advertising services.

The availability and personalization of advertisements may depend on your
device settings, geographic region, consent choices, and applicable law.

Users who purchase the Remove Ads option will no longer be intentionally shown
the game's interstitial advertisements. This does not necessarily delete
information previously processed by advertising services.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES

GET FLOCKED offers an optional Remove Ads purchase through Google Play.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. mdGames does not receive or store your
full payment card or banking information.

The game may receive purchase and entitlement information from Google Play
that is necessary to determine whether the Remove Ads purchase is owned.

4. ONLINE LEADERBOARDS

GET FLOCKED uses Supabase-backed online services to operate its leaderboards.

Leaderboard information may be transmitted to and stored on remote servers.

This may include:

- Player display name
- Game-generated player identifier
- Scores
- Score timestamps

Leaderboard display names and scores are intended to be publicly visible to
other GET FLOCKED players.

5. SCORE SHARING

GET FLOCKED includes an optional feature that allows players to create and
share a score image.

Sharing occurs only when the player chooses to use the Share feature and
selects a destination through the Android sharing interface.

The destination application or service selected by the user is responsible
for its own privacy practices.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

GET FLOCKED may use third-party services including:

- Google Play
- Google AdMob
- Supabase

These services may process information according to their own privacy
policies and terms.

7. DATA SECURITY

mdGames uses reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by
GET FLOCKED.

Network services used by the game are intended to communicate using encrypted
HTTPS connections where supported.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to
be completely secure.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local game data may remain on your device until it is cleared or the
application is removed, subject to platform backup or restoration features.

Leaderboard records may be retained as necessary to operate GET FLOCKED's
leaderboards and maintain score history.

If you would like to request deletion of leaderboard information associated
with your GET FLOCKED player identity, contact:

Please provide your leaderboard display name and any information reasonably
necessary to identify the relevant game record. Do not send passwords,
payment-card information, or other sensitive information.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security,
fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

GET FLOCKED is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly
from children.

Users should not enter personally identifying or sensitive information in
their leaderboard display name.

Advertising and other services may be configured according to applicable
platform requirements, regional requirements, and the game's designated
audience.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

mdGames may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the policy and, when appropriate, its
effective date.
